We are seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician to join our team.

The ideal candidate will perform the following duties:

• Perform building and grounds maintenance.
• Repair and maintain production equipment.
• Ensures security and emergency preparedness procedures are implemented properly.
• Ensures that the facility is clean and maintained according to company policy and procedures.
• Experience with electrical troubleshooting and repair.
• Knowledge of HVAC equipment. Able to make minor repairs.
• Conducts and documents regular facilities inspections.
• Checks completed work by vendors and contractors.
• Recommends maintenance, mechanical, electrical, and facility design modifications.
• Communicates workplace safety precautions to employees.
• Work with outside contractors on large repairs and installation of equipment.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5 -10 years in related positions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
