Spavia Lafayette is a locally owned, and independently operated luxury day spa in Lafayette, Louisiana.
Guest Advisors are the face and voice of the spa. Guest Advisors must radiate a polished and professional personality at all times, to both guests and team members.
Key qualities include : a positive atittude, a friendly demeanour, cordial and courteous both in-person on over the phone.
It is expected that each Guest Advisor goes above and beyond to ensure each guest feels as if they’re a guest in our home.

Spa Coordinator Responsibilities
- Greeting and assisting guests
- Membership, spa boutique, and product sales
- Scheduling appointments and answering phones
- Checking guests in and out and ensuring the accuracy of all transactions
- Maintaining a beautiful spa, retail space, and reception area
- Provide education to guests regarding our Spavia story, our spa boutique products and items, and our treatments offered for optimal results
- Maintain and provide accurate and timely responses to all guest inquiries and needs
- Must be a strong team player and proactively support the spa’s and guest's needs (see-a-need, fill-a-need mentality)
- Service and hospitality focussed
Spa Coordinator Requirements :
- Minimum high school diploma
- Self motivated and high-energy
- Reliable, self-disciplined, punctual, passionate for service, and goal-driven
- Polished, professional and have a positive attitude
- Strong team player
- Drug / alcohol free
- Reliable transportation to and from the spa
- Well-spoken, good phone etiquite skills, and an ability to multitask
- Combined education and previous customer service / administrative, hospitality, and retail experience is strongly desired
Job Type : Part or Full-Time positions available. Weekend Availability is Required.
