We know that the reason we are rapidly expanding is a combination of our satisfied clients, expanding customer base, and most of all- our all star Customer Service Team. Our comprehensive training and opportunities for advancement have allowed our rookie team members to evolve into members of the management staff. As a result, we have big shoes to fill as we hire a brand new team of Customer Service Representatives.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively communicating with customers to insure that they have a positive experience
• Actively listening to customer needs and tailoring promotions to satisfy them
• Introducing new products by initiating interest in new customers
• Building relationships with new customers and maintaining current customer base
• Gaining in depth product knowledge through classroom training
• Motivating the team and collaborate to contribute to overall success
• Consistently upholding a positive and professional demeanor
• Assist with training and development of new team members

Skills Needed to Succeed:

• 0 - 3 years of prior experience in customer service, restaurant, and/or hospitality
• Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
• Passionate and eager to learn new skills
• Charismatic and outgoing personality
• Thrives in a team environment and is also self sufficient
• Curious and inquisitive
• Excellent presentation skills
• Leadership qualities
• Ability to adapt to different environments

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Ability to work full time
