Position Summary
The Nurse Manager organizes and directs the administration of a defined clinical area with 24-hour responsibility and accountability. Applies the management concepts of planning, organizing, directing and controlling to implement the clinical nursing program in defined areas. Other responsibilities will be assigned as appropriate. Employees are encouraged to support Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System’s involvement in the community we serve.
