```Job Summary```
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services to potential customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer focus, and the ability to work independently. ```Duties```
- Identify and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors

```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in sales or a related field is preferred
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Experience in business development or account management is desirable
- Knowledge of technology sales is an advantage
