• Coordinate HR projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines, monitoring progress against milestones.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Conduct research and analysis to support project objectives, including best practice benchmarking.
• Design and implement change management strategies for HR initiatives.
• Present project status updates and reports to senior leadership.
• Provide guidance and support to HR team members.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Continuously evaluate project outcomes for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3 years of HR project management experience, delivering projects on time and budget.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
• Excellent project management skills, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
