Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Technical Writer to join our team! In this role you will get to create and review documentation promoting better processes and practices such as SOPs, guides, and templates.
What You'll Be Doing:

• Review documents such as memos, charters, placemats, test plans, reports, and guides for language, formatting, clarity, logic, and data consistency.
• Analyze documents to maintain continuity of style within each section and across the branch.
• Manage updates and revisions to technical literature, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Determine the clearest and most logical way to present technical information to diverse audiences.
• Meet with subject matter experts to ensure specialized topics are clearly presented and accurately documented.
• Generate innovative ideas for content and workflow solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in document formatting and editing software such as Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, and SharePoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being able to work independently when necessary.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Familiarity with document management systems and processes is a plus.

Salary Range:
$70,500.00 - $123,400.00
