SPARKS MARKETING LLC is Hiring a Financial Analyst and Contract Administrator Near Roanoke, IN

Position Overview:

The Finance Analyst and Contract Administrator works closely with the Events and Exhibit teams to provide finance management for end-to-end project life cycle including: initial financial process analysis, scope of work creation, purchase to payment support, accounts receivable analysis, audit support, final project reconciliation support including financial reporting. The Finance Analyst and Contract Administrator will maintain documentation and records proficiently to ensure correctness and promptness of deliverables.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the point of contact for client on procurement and contracts/funding through regular communications with client and internal teams.
  • Create and manage client SOWs/COs for contracts <$250,000 including, but not limited to, reviewing milestone trackers for accuracy, transferring data to contracts with details, submitting contracts to client for approvals, and responding to contract inquiries.
  • Maintain activity tracker for SOW/COs throughout the life cycle.
  • Submit all client invoices with accuracy, request revisions as needed, and manage inquiries or rejections notices from client.
  • Open and manage jobs/POs with accuracy in required software programs.
  • Update master tracker with new contracts and invoice data.
  • Assist team with job closing and credit/debit memos.
  • Manage accounts receivables for client brands including following up on past due invoices and research and resolve complex unpaid balance issues and credit balance issues.
  • Assist with audit requests.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a finance coordinator/staff accountant role
  • Exceptional budget management, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets data organization and formulas
  • Basic knowledge of MS Analyzer or Dynamics is considered a plus
  • Previous experience in the exhibit and event industry is considered a plus
  • Ability to communicate clearly (verbal and written)
  • Quick intellect and demonstrated ability to produce quality and accurate work under tight deadlines
  • Ability to prioritize, problem solve and multi-task
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Positive attitude and team player
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
