Position Overview :

The Graphic Operations Assistant supports the Graphic Office Administrator and the Senior Director, Graphic in the day to day operations of the Graphic Department.

Responsibilities :

• Enter union employees’ hours into the time system for tracking and payroll.
• Purchase graphic materials and assists the Senior Director with inventory control.
• Update graphic department inventory sheet with new products as well as vendor information and pricing.
• Collaborate with Graphic Office Administrator on invoicing projects.
• Attend meetings with Senior Director and record detailed meeting notes; prepare presentations and correspondence as requested;

and conduct research as needed.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

• Associates degree or equivalent experience in office administration or similar
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Excellent computer skills including Google Drive, Microsoft 365 Suite, and ability to learn new software
• Knowledge of graphic materials a plus, but not required
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to operate within a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Positive attitude and customer service mindset required
