Responsibilities :
- Oversee campus recruiting initiatives in alignment with firm-wide business goals
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for campus hires
- Cultivate strong partnerships with colleges, universities, and related stakeholders to enhance the firms brand and to attract a diverse pool of candidates
Qualifications / Background Profile :
- 2 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience to include exposure to campus recruiting
- Bachelor's degree preferred, relevant experience required
- Proficiency is using Workday, Avature, and Handshake
- Willingness to travel locally up to 25% for recruiting events
