Job Summary/Company:
Sparks Group is partnered with a leading healthcare research institute in search of a Grants Finance Project Assistant. The Grants Finance PA will be responsible for conducting research, providing assistance to grantees, writing reports, data entry, and assisting with administrative tasks. Responsibilities:

• Produce reports and presentations and communicate and summarize reports in an effective manner.
• Interact appropriately with grantees and families
• Attend meetings and other training events
• Anticipate project needs and works to accomplish them in a timely manner

Qualifications/Background Profile:

• Bachelor’s Degreepreferably in business, finance or related field
• 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Organized, detail-oriented, analytical thinking and problem - solving skills, knowing when to escalate, multi-task and prioritize,
• Proven ability to quickly learn and understand systems and processes, take initiative, ownership,
• Ability toproactivelyensure operations run smoothly
• Effective communication skills to work productively with team members and other departments to ensure goals are accomplished, demonstrate collaborative, professional, and respectful behavior.
