Spark Talent Acquisition is Hiring a General Laborer Near Sidney, OH
Position: General Laborer
Location: Sidney, Ohio
Pay: $19/hr.
Shift: 1st shift
Position Summary:
We are currently seeking General Laborers with a minimum of 1 year experience in scanning and processing materials throughout a facility. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year warehouse experience and knowledgeable in operating an RF scanner.
Position Responsibilities:
Scan auto parts into database. Slight dismantling of parts using hand tools and cordless power tools. Attention to detail a must!
- Must be comfortable standing 8 hours a day, 5 days a week.
- Must be proficient in using a hand scanner, box cutter and hand an power tools.
- Must be able to lift up to 35lbs and pay attention to details and directions.
- Assist with inventory management by accurately recording material and maintaining organized processing areas.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to prioritize tasks and meet production goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and practice all safety protocols at all times.
Position Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Must be able to stand 8 hours a day, 5-6 days a week..
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures as directed.
- Ability to lift up to 35lbs and work in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in material handling and record keeping.
- Flexibility to work some Saturdays if required.
