Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including electrical repairs, plumbing repairs, and general building maintenance.
- Conduct inspections and identify areas that require attention or repairs.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
-Perform preventative maintenance on equipment, case goods, building, etc.
- Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
- Supervise and coordinate outside contractors for specialized repairs or projects.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment needed for maintenance tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests by promptly addressing maintenance issues.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving.
