Sparibis is Hiring a Contracts Administrator Near Orlando, FL

Location: Must be located in the Central Florida area and able to visit the main office in Rockledge, FL as needed (up to once/week)

Years’ Experience: 3 Years

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or related field

Work Authorization: Must show that applicant is legally permitted to work in the United States

Clearance: Applicants must be able to meet requirements to obtain a Secret security clearance. NOTE: United States Citizenship is required for this type of security clearance.

Key Skills:

  • Proficient in the FAR, DFAR, and GSA contracts
  • Knowledge and experience of IDIQ vehicles, FFP, CPFF, and T&M contracts

Responsibilities

  • Provides contract and subcontract execution in accordance with company policies, legal compliance, and customer requirements.
  • Responsible for assisting the business development and capture team, proposal generation and submittals, contract negotiations, contract administration, and closeout.
  • Completes customer Reps & Certs and other forms on assigned projects.
  • Responsible for preparing solicitations, subcontractor proposal reviews and evaluations, subcontract negotiations, subcontract administration, and closeout.
  • Serves as the primary communication conduit between customers, subcontractors, and leadership.
  • Advises leadership of contractual rights and obligations
  • Reports contracts status and subcontractor performance on assigned projects.
  • Executes teaming agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and other agreements, as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field from an accredited college
  • Three (3) years of experience in the acquisition and/or contracts management field
  • Prior professional experience in every phase of the contracting lifecycle
  • Working knowledge of IDIQ vehicles, FFP, CPFF, and T&M contracts
  • Experience with the FAR, DFARS, and GSA contracts
  • Ability to self-manage in a virtual setting, prioritize multiple activities, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to adapt, be flexible, and embrace change.
  • Exhibits a positive attitude, self-motivated, and proactive.
  • Proven analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to clearly present information to a broad audience in a virtual or in-person setting.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Deltek Costpoint
  • Experience with joint ventures
  • Certification with the National Contract Management Association (NCMA)
