Job Description

About the role
The Technical Design Coordinator will support the Technical Design team with hands-on initiatives supporting the fit process for products in the development stage. The scope includes participation and note-taking in fittings, creation of technical packages, updates made in PLM, and tracking and receiving on samples from factories. 

The role reports in-office Monday-Friday.
Job Description...

• Create and maintain technical packages in PLM from conception to production: images, fit comments, specification sheets, label and pack pages.
• Evaluate samples with Category leads in preparation for fittings, measuring, review construction, etc.
• Tech pack creation for carryover styles including label and pack pages
• Schedule fit models and organize fittings with corresponding team members
• Responsible for Fit model invoicing and filing
• Build knowledge and skill in fit evaluations and pattern revisions
• Communicate clearly with cross-functional partners
• Sample and package tracking with domestic and international vendors
• Update status charts for cross-functional meetings
• Maintain block libraries in PLM system

Qualifications

We require...

• Bachelor’s degree in Design with an emphasis or special focus technically
• 1-2 years working in Apparel design or development
• A can-do attitude and flexible domineer
• Microsoft office
• Excel and Powerpoint
• Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
