ScopeSPAN is looking for an intern to work with our People and Recruiting teams. The intern will gain exposure and experience across multiple parts of HR, including HR & recruiting systems, employee relations, sourcing, recruiting coordination, data analysis and reporting, communications and project work.

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to candidates for our open positions 

• Review incoming applications and support the overall hiring process 

• Help new team members during onboarding & work on ways to improve the onboarding process

• Support the People Ops team with data entry, reporting, audit work, etc

• Work on projects with the People team, including things like our company wiki, trainings, or team events

Required Qualifications:

• You're enrolled in a Bachelor's program 

• Studying Business, HR, Communications, Marketing, Management or other relevant areas

Preferred Qualifications

• College level preferred: Junior, Senior

• Strong people skills and want to start your career in talent acquisition, people development, organizational design, or as an HR generalist
