Job Description

SPAN Enterprises is searching for a Customer Service Associate passionate about helping potential and existing clients. We are seeking someone eager to learn and a team player.

Job Expectations:

• Assist in incoming support and making courtesy outbound calls to leads and potential clients.
• Help resolve client issues to our client's satisfaction, including but not limited to troubleshooting and managing multiple issues from open to close.
• Training clients as needed on software and functionality.
• Ability to cross-promote by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services
• Prepare for customer inquiries by studying products, services, and customer service processes.
• Responds to customer questions by first understanding, reviewing previous questions and responses, assembling and forwarding information, and verifying the customer's understanding of information and the answer.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of customer service experience
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
