Salary Range : $16.82 per hour
Plan and coordinate the training and development activities of all staff.
Responsibilities
- Conduct instructor led training sessions covering specified areas to include operations, customer service, safety, skills, technology, environmental compliance, systems and policies and procedures.
- Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new hires.
- Evaluate on-the-job trainers’ performance and the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Coach and evaluate all employees in proper customer service and job function skills.
- Ensure employees at location complete all required training courses.
- Conduct ongoing training and personal development classes for location specific staff members.
- Work with management to analyze training needs and develop new programs or modify and improve existing programs.
- Train others in techniques and skills for training and dealing with other employees.
- Complete other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Excellent written and oral communication skills required (English).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and Outlook required.
- Possess a valid driver license with a good driving record.
