What You Will Be Doing

  • Build weekly reports that involve collecting, organizing, and analyzing customer data to derive insights that inform business decisions and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain customer success metrics and KPI’s to track progress and measure success.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success & Renewals teams to identify, interpret, and resolve system and process discrepancies in a unified manner.
  • Train Customer Success & Renewals teams on Salesforce best practices
  • Develop and maintain customer success documentation, including playbooks, best practices, and case studies.
  • Partner with Customer Success Operations Program Manager on internal systems setup, management, and optimization of Gainsight, Salesforce, and SharePoint

Minimum Position Qualifications

  • Knowledge of MS Office applications, with heavy emphasis on Excel
  • 2 years of experience in business operations or similar roles
  • 2 years of analyst experience
  • A whiz in Excel and Salesforce
  • A collaborative spirit and a knack for sharing knowledge.
  • CRM systems expertise, with Salesforce and Gainsight being a plus.
  • CRM certification preferred.
  • Due to client contractual obligations, the successful candidate will be asked to complete a background check and drug test upon hire.
