Call Center Specialist Primary Care - Southwoods Executive Centre
Due to growth Southwoods Health is hiring an additional Call Center Specialist to support Primary Care. Responsible for handling inbound and outbound patient calls with primary responsibility of scheduling encounters, accurately capturing patient demographic information, and verifying insurances through a pre-registration process. Often the first interaction with patients and he/she is responsible for ensuring the patient receives excellent customer service experience. The ideal candidate will have effective communication skills, ability to problem solve, and great attention to detail. Preferred 1-2 years’ experience in a call center setting.
Full-time, Monday – Friday 7:30am-4pm.
