- Coordinating activities across the supply chain to ensure smooth operation, from procurement of materials to delivery of finished goods to customers.
- Maintains updated database of materials
- Prepare accurate reports for upper management.
- Ensure accuracy of orders and shipping documents
- Manage customs documentation
- Familiarity with best practices in supply chain management ( a plus)
- Ability to use data in making logistics more efficient. (a plus)
- Comfort using common logistics management software , such as TMS, SAP (a plus)
- Strong customer service capabilities
- Understanding of both warehouse and transportation management
- Strong knowledge of Windows environment, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Capacity to multitask.
