Director of Nursing Job Description:

Seek motivated nurse who is experienced in Leading, Supervising and Empowering a team. Experienced in State and Federal Regulations within Long Term Care. Responsible for staff recruitment, retention and development. Strong Clinical skills and systems management. Knowledgeable in Medicare, Medicaid, MDS and Care Plans. Major focus on Quality of Care and positive resident outcomes.

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Oklahoma State Nursing License as RN.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in LTC (preferably in nursing management position).
• Strong knowledge of State, Federal, and Local regulations in LTC.
• Strong supervisory and communication skills.'
