The Analyst II/Application Service/Technical (SCADA) is a seasoned contributor in the Application Services area of the Information Services (I/S) department. The SCADA Systems Administrator will start with coordination of the SCADA systems maintenance tasks, with an increase of responsibility for supporting the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) software applications, interfaces, and databases in a natural gas distribution environment while utilizing Company standards and practices. The ideal candidate will: perform administration and programming functions related to the SCADA suite of applications; analyze business needs to requirements, oversee installations, configuration, and testing of new or upgraded software to ensure uniformity, performance, reliability, and security; participate in design review and expansions of existing platforms and systems; monitor and evaluate the technical environment to measure system performance and effectiveness, resolve and correct performance deficiencies; develop and implement preventative maintenance plans to ensure network and systems reliability and availability is maintained and operated per service level agreements; and serve as a liaison with internal departments, vendors, contractors and consultants. This position may require leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring, and will require exceptional troubleshooting skills and the ability to provide on call after hours' support.
POSITION DIMENSIONS
The incumbent does not have direct accountability for people or budgets. The incumbent frequently exchanges information with management, Information Services support staff, vendors, and consultants.
QUALIFICATIONS
There are clear precedents and practices which the incumbent uses to determine how this job is performed. Possesses comprehensive technical knowledge of subject matter. Requires two to four years of relevant work experience and a bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited university, or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential job responsibilities.

Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft Operating System administration (including PowerShell), SQL Database administration. Programming experience to include Visual Studio (VB, C#, and JavaScript), must be familiar with Web technology and Cloud base applications and environments.

SALARY DETAILS
$82,294 - $123,440
