Loan Accounts Specialist
JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Record and manage daily transactions in Loan Vision Accounting system and Encompass Loan Origination System
· Onboard and manage customer mortgage and escrow accounts
· Handle billing by producing monthly mortgage statements
· Respond to Operations and Investor requests for pay histories
· Manage customer inquiries via email and phone
· Manage receivables from customers and investors
· Reconcile borrower mortgage and escrow accounts
· Comply with Escrow Analysis requirements
· Manage the transfer of servicing:
o Produce and send Goodbye letters
o Will be contact person for Company Held Loans on repurchases and sales
o Handle final reconciliations
· Respond to communication from customers via telephone and email
· Assist in monthly closing duties: Accruals, calculations, reconciliations, etc.
· Assist The Company in implementing upgrades to accounting processes and automation.
· Other duties and special projects as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Loan Vision
· Encompass
· iSolved
· Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word). Strong with formulas, Pivot tables, V-Lookup, etc.
· Accounting experience required. Experience with much of the above job description preferred.
· Ability to organize and manage responsibilities.
· Ability to communicate effectively.

Pay: $21.80 - $26.25 per hour
