POSITION SUMMARY:
Position is responsible for the coordination of the field work for Real Estate Development projects. This includes responsibility for serving as the builder’s representative through construction and placed in service timelines. Assist with predevelopment, preconstruction, construction and acquisition duties including grant research and coordination; green technology research; mapping; neighborhood investments, as well assist In the preparation of MSHDA and City/County Notice of Funding Availability assistance.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIRMENTS:
COMPENSATION:
$80,000 to $94,000 per year (Full-time, Non-Union)
