Role

Responsible for managing sales referral and sales tracking applications. Responsible for managing the data warehouse, including data extraction, data compilation, data management, data analysis, and reporting and reconciliation. Set up process for monitoring, tracking, and trending information and data sets from various systems and applications, while reconciling data between various platforms. Perform other assigned duties as requested.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• • Manage the credit union’s sales referral system and sales tracking applications. Work with managers to set up referral system users. Validate loan/deposit/product originations in referral and sales tracking systems against core system data. Manage inquiries from users and troubleshoot sales referral and tracking reporting issues.Provide production metrics to Payroll to ensure accurate and timely payout of incentives

• Manage the credit union’s data warehouse. Validate data in core system and external data sources against data warehouse. Collaborate with various departments to perform data requirements analysis, data management and integration, and system interconnectivity. Develop data extract and analysis routines using Excel and Business Intelligence Reporting tools to support operational and strategic initiatives. Participate in the evaluation, scoping and completion of new enhancement requests. Perform system maintenance, data clean-up and data auditing with a focus on data integrity and quality. Monitor performance of systems to ensure continued systems efficiency.
• Collaborate with departments to develop reports, metrics, models, scorecards, and dashboards that drive business recommendations and decision-making. Support data integration/extraction and data modeling activities involving other applications/systems (e.g., nCino, Lending 360, etc.). Develop ad hoc business user requests for reports/dashboards. Assist in developing Symitar repgen to streamline workflow for other departments.

Knowledge and Skills

Experience: 2 years or more of related experience.

Education: Preference of Bachelor’s in Business/Data Analytics or related field

Interpersonal Skills: A significant level of trust and diplomacy is required, in addition to normal courtesy and tact. Work involves extensive personal contact with others and/or is usually of a personal or sensitive nature. Work may involve motivating or influencing others. Outside contacts become important and fostering sound relationships with other entities (companies and/or individuals) becomes necessary.

Other Skills: 

Advanced Excel skills required. Proficient in MS Office applications.

Extract, transform, load data (ETL) process.

Power BI or similar programming experience is a plus.

Symitar experience is a plus.

Experience in generating Sales Reports, Referral reports, and other data driven reports from 

data warehouse and or CRM solutions such as Datava or similar solutions a plus.

Basic understanding of Finance and Accounting concepts desired
