The Part-Time Sunday Producer will serve Southland by providing consistent production support for weekend programming primarily at the Lexington campus but could be asked to help at other campuses by request of their supervisor or the Production Director. They will support weekend production by executing the vision of weekend services and working with a team of volunteers to execute a common goal. Everything will be done striving to have a Christ-centered attitude while supporting the vision and mission of Southland.

Essential Position Responsibilities:

• Lead volunteer team by conducting a pre-service production meeting
• Help develop production volunteers
• Prepare for and execute technical aspects of Southland services as needed
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise with the central production staff
• Produce a Sunday service to ensure service excellence.
• Other duties as assigned

• 1 years experience in live production preferred
• Must be an equipper of volunteers
• Must be a team player

The schedule for this position is 10 hours/week and may include some evening and weekend responsibilities.
