Job Description:

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Field Solar Sales Consultants. As a Field Solar Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and promoting our solar energy solutions to homeowners and businesses in New England. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about renewable energy and making a positive impact on the environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct door-to-door canvassing in designated neighborhoods to generate leads for solar energy consultations.
• Engage with homeowners and businesses to educate them about the benefits of solar energy.
• Schedule appointments for our solar energy consultants to conduct in-home or in-office consultations.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and appointments in our CRM system.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on solar products, industry trends, and sales techniques.
• Represent Southers Construction in a professional and courteous manner at all times.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work outdoors and engage with people face-to-face.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or canvassing is a plus but not required.
• Passion for renewable energy and environmental sustainability.
