Position Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as a Direct Sales Representative. As a Direct Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and expanding our customer base by engaging with homeowners and businesses in New England. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work directly with potential customers, educate them about our products and services, and schedule appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct door-to-door canvassing in residential neighborhoods and commercial areas to generate leads.
  • Engage with homeowners and business owners to promote our roofing, windows, siding, decks, and doors services.
  • Educate potential customers about the benefits of our products and services.
  • Collect contact information and schedule appointments for our sales representatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in the company's CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective canvassing strategies.
  • Represent Southers Construction in a professional and courteous manner at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to confidently approach and engage with strangers.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and high energy level.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
