WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING The outside service representative performs installation and repair of industrial equipment which may include electrical, mechanical and gas engines. The work is completed at customers’ sites or branch locations as warranted. Troubleshoot and repair of industrial equipmentDemonstrate and provide effective equipment operation and daily maintenance training to customersTake customer calls and manage all outside service schedulingAssess opportunities to improve customer sales and present those to the customerRegularly complete customer ordersWork independently and take initiative to assist customers with improvements on inventory as neededComplete and submit appropriate documentation (work orders, parts orders, time sheets, etc.)Communicate with sales team to ensure customer satisfactionProblem-solve with sales team to determine best resolution to customer issuesInteract with customers providing the highest levels of service and productivity.
