Sales Support Specialist – Multifamily leads a team of Sales Support Specialists who promote superior customer service through timely and accurate processing of orders and information exchange between the Division/Department Sales Team and its customers or prospects, as well as providing key information/support regarding inventory, pricing, and analytical data.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain advanced level of product knowledge while providing pricing and analytical support to sales organizationMaintain advanced level of Varnet and other company reporting tools/Maintain accurate Division/Department customer integrity within Varnet.Provide timely and accurate communications with Sales Support Team, Customers, National Account Managers, Regional and Fields Sales Representatives, Branch Managers, Store Managers, etc. as specified by your Division/Department.Execute based on knowledge of the market and customer requirements inventory management, procurement/vendor relationships, appropriate sales flow and industry documentation and terminology.Develop and maintain internal and external relationships to ensure cohesive accomplishment of the team’s goalsSupport and ensure all customer quotations and product information requests are completed in a timely and accurate manner.Perform other responsibilities as requested or required. MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:High School Diploma or GED required/Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.3-5 years of sales support, customer or inside/outside sales experienceIndustry and product experience preferred. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS:Exceptional leadership skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to multi-task and prioritize accordingly.Skilled in communicating verbally and in writing.Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.#SS
