We are Destin's Original Dolphin Cruise. We operate a 1.5-hour dolphin watching excursion aboard Southern Star, an 80' double-deck, glass-bottom boat. We strive for excellence in our performance, and believe in providing the highest standard of service to every passenger who comes aboard our boat. Our slogan states 'Expect a Miracle', and all employees must work together to create a memorable experience for each guest.

Pay starts at $14/hr, or $25/trip, plus cash tips after cruises.

Position starts mid-May. Must be at least 18 and have reliable transportation.

Skills required: Excellent teamwork, customer service, and people skills required. Ability to interact with people of all ages (children, adults, senior citizens) is a must. Must be enthusiastic, have a neat appearance, positive attitude, high energy, motivation and initiative. Money handling experience is a plus.

Duties include: Converse with guests and serve their needs, excite passengers about dolphin sightings, take, develop, and sell photos, work in snack bar, serve food and drinks, handle and count cash and operate point of sale system, haul stock to boat, assist with maintenance, scrub and hose off boat, clean restrooms and galley after each cruise.
