Overview:
We are seeking a full-time Retail Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a leader that has the ability to learn quick and lead by example while also being personable with customers. Working Friday and at least 1 weekend day is required.

Responsibilities:

- Be 100% reliable. Arrive on time consistently
- Manage quality control and freshness. Handle rotation of items
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Operate cash registers fluently to fix transactions and do refunds if necessary
- Handle bulk of communication between back of house and retail
- Manage inventory and ordering of certain items
- Handle training process of new retail associates
- Day-to-day supervision of sales, employees, inventory, etc.
- Maintain company standards for customer service excellence for all retail workers

Requirements:

- Prior experience managing retail storefront and employees
- Food service experience is preferred
- Organization and leadership skills
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management
- Strong sales skills with a customer-oriented approach
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn quick
- Running social media accounts is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
