Director, Financial Planning & Analysis General Summary Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer and partnering with business leaders, the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) oversees the organization's financial planning and analysis functions. The director of FP&A will be responsible for analyzing organizational budgets and performing periodic planning, forecasting, analysis and reporting. This role will have the responsibility for financial planning (P&L, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow), proactive business analytics, modeling, pricing processes, competitive analysis, reporting enhancements, actual vs forecast variance analysis explanations, and ad hoc business performance projects and analytics.
