We are looking for a Medical professional to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Detailed medical information Intake.
- Monitor orders and manage procedure request.
- Manage Doctor reports.
- Manage patient information in EMR system.
- Manage appointments, Call patients to remind them of their appointments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient information.
- Collaborate with the patient's attorney to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department or healthcare provider.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a certified Patient Care Technician program or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience working in a similar healthcare setting is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic patient care procedures.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using phone systems and electronic health record systems.

Office hours are 8am-5pm M-F

No travel, Paid holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
