Southern Premier Roofing is looking to hire a Lead Coordinator. The position will require full time hours from 6 am to 2:30 pm MST to match up with the working hours of the North Carolina office. This is not a remote/work-from-home position. The position’s main responsibility will be to assign leads, track account progress, and assist with quality control follow ups for all Leads and Prospects. Responsibilities of the position are as follows, but not limited to:
· Transferring lead information from chat system (GroupMe) to CRM (Acculynx)
· Assigning leads to appropriate representative
· Maintaining a calendar for sales representatives in North Carolina and Idaho
· Quality Control follow ups on all Leads and Prospects, as needed. This could include reaching out to the homeowner, insurance carrier, or sales representative to move things forward
· Maintain a good healthy working relationship with the canvassers, sales representatives, managers, and homeowners
· Answer emails and calls from homeowners, adjusters, and fellow co-workers
· Occasional weekend availability - Weekend availability is as needed and should never exceed 30 minutes of work or multiple weekend days of work.

Southern Premier Roofing is based in North Carolina and Idaho. We service the whole eastern region of North Carolina and anything within 3 hours of Boise Idaho. The company started in 2018 and quickly become a main roofing provider in North Carolina and we are currently working on doing that within Idaho.
Southern Premier Roofing specializes working with homeowners’ insurance companies on getting roofs approved for full replacement. We also do commercial roofing, non-insurance roof replacement, and solar shingle/solar panel installs.
We pride ourselves in having excellent customer service and ability to provide a smooth experience for our clients every step of the way.
