Role: CRM Marketing Specialist

Job Type: Full-time, Exempt

Reports To: CRM Manager

Location: Nashville - Onsite

Description:

We are creating a best-in-class organization and seeking a key marketing team member to join our quickly growing company. This position will play a very important part in our overall CRM strategy and will serve as a key support role within our rapidly growing marketing department. 

We are seeking someone with a passion for marketing, a desire to enhance their overall marketing skills and knowledge, and a commitment to contributing to an organization where they can make a meaningful impact. This role entails a strong understanding of data, the ability to implement CRM systems, manage and update automations, analyze data to gain in-depth insights, identify and address customer satisfaction issues, collaborate with customer service teams, and provide consulting to other CRM users within the company.

This position will act as a point of reference for all things CRM-related, generate and interpret data from vendors, ensure the CRM's accuracy and reliability, maximize the features and benefits of the CRM, and collaborate with various teams to improve customer care and marketing based on the CRM numbers and data.

Key Responsibilities*:

  • Works closely with practices to ensure CRM adoption by providing ongoing assistance via proactive outreach
  • Works with the CRM team to find new and innovate ways to use the tool.
  • Analyze campaign results and provide insights and recommendations for current and future CRM marketing campaigns
  • Ensures practices are following all CRM policies and procedures relating to patient outreach
  • Assist with continuing education ensuring practice leaders are executing best practices and maximizing tool functionality
  • Generate reports for various stakeholders
  • Helps create, update, and maintain messaging script for practices
  • Assist in training practices on new systems and service offerings as well as special sales and promotions.

Required Qualifications:

A qualified candidate should be an accomplished marketing and customer engagement professional with the following minimum competencies:

  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing
  • 1 year minimum CRM experience – ActiveCampaign experience a plus
  • 40% travel overnight
  • Basic Excel skills
  • Experience working inside an agency a plus
  • Project management experience a plus
  • Previous work with a centralized support model is preferred
  • Multi-location experience a plus
