Overview: We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. As a Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint and other finishes to various surfaces. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently. Duties: - Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks - Mix paint and other materials to achieve the desired color and consistency - Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment - Ensure proper coverage and smooth application of paint - Use power tools and equipment such as airless paint sprayers - Repair damaged surfaces and perform touch-ups as needed - Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area - Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time Requirements: - Proven experience as a Painter or similar role - Knowledge of different painting techniques and materials - Familiarity with drywall, masonry, plaster, and frame carpentry - Ability to read schematics and follow instructions - Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination - Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods of time - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Excellent time management skills Preferred Skills: - Experience in construction painting and remodeling projects - Proficiency in using airless paint spraying equipment We offer competitive pay based on experience.
