Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Painter to join our team. As a Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint and other finishes to various surfaces. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will contribute to the successful completion of our projects.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks

-Ability to climb 28ft ladders and paint with expertise
- Mix paint and other materials to achieve the desired color and consistency
- Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Cover surfaces with drop cloths or masking tape to protect surrounding areas
- Remove fixtures and furniture as needed before painting
- Ensure proper ventilation and safety precautions are taken during painting process
- Clean and maintain painting equipment and tools
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Painter or similar role
- Knowledge of various painting techniques and tools
- Ability to follow instructions
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating paint quantities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods of time
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members

- Having your own tools is preferable( paint brushes)

Skills:
- Construction painting knowledge is preferred
- Basic math skills for measuring
- Ability to renovate surfaces as needed
- Familiarity with masonry work for surface preparation
- Fixture installation experience is a bonus
- Remodeling skills for repairing damaged surfaces
- Carpentry skills for building or repairing structures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
