We are a patient wellness clinic. We treat people who have disorders like anxiety, depression, PTSD, and chronic pain with ketamine infusions and TMS as well as weight loss management and IV vitamin hydration. We are looking for someone to work in the clinic to answer calls, make calls, correspond with patients/potential patients, schedule appointments, assist with paperwork/clerical work, communicate with billing and insurance carriers to pre approve patients, etc. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated and desires to be a part of our business and help drive its growth and success. We are looking to fill a position that works M-F for 8-9 hours each shift with the occasional flexibility to swap days if needed

Qualifications
- Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft and Google Office
- Strong customer service skills with experience in a medical office setting
- Excellent administrative experience with the ability to manage calendars and coordinate events
- Professional phone etiquette and experience with multi-line phone systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for tasks such as data entry and filing
- Typing proficiency and experience with transcription
- Previous experience in an office environment, including front desk and office management
- Ability to provide customer support and handle sensitive information with confidentiality

-Previous experience with insurance billing or communicating with insurance carriers is a plus
- Knowledge of PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, OCD, Pain management care is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
