Southern Home Group at Keller Williams Signature is Hiring a Marketing Manager Near Knoxville, TN

The Marketing Manager leads company-wide integrated communications, marketing, PR, and social media campaigns that support the overall brand and distinct offices across the Greater Knoxville area. This is both a strategic and operational role suited for an ambitious professional who thinks and plans strategically and executes the day-to-day. The Marketing Manager works closely with the company’s leadership team. The Manager’s areas of responsibility include corporate communications and marketing, business development support, events management, social media, PR, reputation management, and internal communications.

Compensation:

$65,000 - $75,000

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate event logistics, and publicity, including public relations, advertising, collateral material design, production, and distribution
  • Responsible for the development and fulfillment of the events and marketing budgets
  • Cultivate and expand sponsorship development and fulfillment
  • Execute the day-to-day production of key marketing and communications initiatives
  • Collaborate with a team to create, implement, and measure the success of a comprehensive corporate marketing, communications, and public relations program that will enhance the company’s image and position within the area
  • Collaborate on and execute short- and long-term strategic communications and marketing plans, budgets, and objectives, monitor progress, assure adherence, and evaluate the performance
  • Oversees the creation and maintenance of branded collateral.
  • Writes, edits, and supervises the design of a wide variety of materials – press releases, talking points, pitches, proposals, corporate collateral, and other marketing materials
  • Ensures websites and social media appropriately represent the brand, generate leads, and funnel talent to the organization
  • Maintain and broaden social networking to benefit the organization
  • Creates and implements a proactive public relations program utilizing a range of tactics including traditional earned media, social media, and content creation
  • Enhance the brand as a leading company and a Top Workplace via social media content and engagement
  • Oversees the company's industry recognition program, including the pursuit of awards for our company and top executives
  • Enhances and maintains an internal corporate communications platform
  • Organizes and runs corporate-level events in partnership with company leadership
  • Collaborates with all offices and committees to execute events that are in alignment with the company’s branding and experience standards
  • Ensures effective corporate engagement and reputation management across the company
  • Coordinates with outside vendors, including graphic design, web development, public relations, and marketing agencies
  • Maintain and update the company’s corporate website
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of four (4) years of increasingly responsible, directly related experience
  • Ability to collaborate and serve as a subject-matter expert across a diverse organization
  • Strong ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully integrating as a team
  • Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Real estate experience a plus. Marketing agency experience preferred

Availability Requirements

  • Must have a reliable vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and be comfortable navigating the Greater Knoxville area to visit various offices and event sites. Some travel is required
