Overview

The Talent Management Program Manager works directly with the Director of Executive Development to manage, execute, develop leadership programs that build world-class capabilities across the organization. This

position will focus on driving the adoption of programs, creating unique and well-organized experience for participants, and ensuring all content aligns with the strategy of the programs and company. This position will also partner with the HR Business Partners on programs that build engagement at all levels, increase individual and organizational capability, and drive business growth.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Implement, manage and enhance assigned Talent Management processes and programs
  • Consult, coach, and partner with HRBPs and Executive Sponsors to ensure effective and high-quality execution of program strategies
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of programs to ensure continuous improvement and innovation 
  • Assess and analyze program needs/trends in respective regions and recommend solutions, resources, and/or methods to fill the Talent Development gap
  • Partner with HR Analytics to develop and leverage tools, processes, analytics, and dashboards to analyze/report on program results
  • Refresh, publish and distribute support and implementation materials/collateral for assigned Talent Management programs
  • Own the development and train-the-trainer delivery of training for assigned Talent Management programs
  • Serve as Talent Management subject matter expert to provide research, thought leadership, best practices, trends, and/or statistics
  • Create and manage program communication to all levels of leaders. 
  • Actively collaborate with other members of HR on information requests and best practice sharing
  • Research and keep abreast of external trends, innovations, and best practices in the Talent Management arena to ensure the quality of programs

Additional Primary Responsibilities

  • Partners with vendors on soliciting proposals, negotiating contracts, and managing to TM Program budget
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of designing and implementing talent development processes and programs including onboarding, internships, and rotational programs
  • Advanced working experience with PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Proven track record of designing, developing, and implementing effective Talent Development solutions that are practical, realistic, innovative, and scalable
  • Project Management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrate agility in a demanding work environment and adapt to rapidly changing priorities while meeting timelines
  • Ability to apply adult learning theory to develop creative solutions that drive learning outcomes and behavioral change
  • Ability to work in and manage ambiguity in a highly matrixed organization
  • Ability to function independently and as part of a team with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, collaborative demeanor, and commitment to excellence
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 50%-60% of the time upon request

Physical Demands

  • Physical demands include a considerable amount of time sitting and typing/keyboarding, using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor), or mobile device
  • Physical demands with activity or condition may occasionally include walking, bending, reaching, standing, squatting, and stooping
  • May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 20lbs
