Your Role : As the Kitchen Manager, you will :

• Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring that every dish meets our high standards of quality and taste.
• Lead and mentor a team of cooks and kitchen staff, fostering an environment of learning, efficiency, and respect.
• Manage inventory, food costs, and kitchen equipment, maintaining optimal levels of supplies and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Collaborate with the front of house team to provide a seamless dining experience for our guests.
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and compliance with food safety regulations.

Who You Are : The ideal Kitchen Manager candidate will have :

• A proven track record of kitchen management or supervisory experience in a fast-paced culinary setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
• The ability to multitask and handle the pressures of a busy kitchen with poise and precision.
• A commitment to continuous improvement and staying current with culinary trends and best practices.

Qualifications :

• 2 years of kitchen management experience, preferably in a fast-casual or full-service restaurant.
• Comprehensive knowledge of food handler and sanitation standards.
• Experience with menu development, food cost analysis, and inventory management.
