Southern Fabricators is Hiring a CNC Plasma Operator Near Polkton, NC
- Read and signs off on travelers to load programs for cutting.
- Must load program provided by programmer.
- Check material thickness and type using proper inspection equipment.
- Be able to determine what consumables to use.
- Must be able to change consumables when necessary.
- Obtain quality cuts by adjusting tech table, cleaning lens, and aligning nozzle.
- Perform routine maintenance.
- Other duties as assigned by Foreman.
- Punctual.
- Able to work in a production type environment.
- Positive Attitude.
- Work well with others.
- Follow verbal and written instructions and directions.
- Must use proper and necessary personal protection equipment.
