The Gallery Event Center and Southern Craft Catering is looking for an assistant!

Join our experienced team in one of the fastest growing restaurant groups in the region.

Assist the Gallery team in day-to-day office tasks like: answering the phone, reading and responding to emails, talking with existing or potential clients, writing quotes and giving tours.

Additional event work is also available depending on your schedule. We would be happy to train you for delivering and setting up buffet service to off-site locations and banquet work within the Gallery.

This job will be full-time with a mix of office hours, events and delivery hours. Schedule has flexibility but often requires weekend, evening and holiday shifts.

Applicants must have excellent communication skills and the ability to learn new tasks quickly. Applicants must have a valid drivers license. Applicants must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Applicants must be able to walk and stand for 6 hours and carry 30lbs. Experience in hospitality preferred.

Hourly Compensation based on experience plus special event pay and gratuities for deliveries and in house events.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
