As a Service BDC, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting with the coordination of service appointments and inquiries. Responsibilities: - Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally - Schedule service appointments for customers and ensure accurate entry of appointment details - Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and provide necessary reminders - Provide information on available services, pricing, and promotions - Assist with outbound sales calls to generate leads and schedule appointments - Maintain customer database and update customer information as needed - Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to ensure smooth workflow - Handle customer complaints or issues in a calm and professional manner - Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and goals Requirements: - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Strong math skills for calculating pricing, discounts, and payments - Proficiency in using software applications for data entry and customer management - Previous experience in a dealership or retail sales environment is preferred - Ability to negotiate effectively with customers to maximize sales opportunities - Bilingual language skills (English/Spanish) is a plus - Familiarity with retail math concepts for pricing calculations - Ability to manage a sales pipeline and prioritize tasks effectively We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages, including health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for career advancement.
