A day in the life - Get ready to think big, work smart and shine bright!

• Coordinate with internal clients and design contractors to address scope, process, and billing issues.
• Use primary and secondary data sources for tracking, reporting, and performance measurement.
• Support continuous improvement projects, converting Excel models, creating Power BI models, creating SAS queries for data extraction.
• Develop and generate reports for performance and ad-hoc reporting needs. Review reports for accuracy.
• Import and export data into the systems of record.
• Verify work-order information using Design Manager, SAP, SharePoint, and other database resources.
• Use flexibility to pivot between changing priorities.
• Develop process manuals, job-aids, and flow charts.
• Manager Project Tracker and internal logs for updating and administration.
• Respond to emails/questions from various stakeholders and team members related to design, processing, and reporting status.
• Coordinate and prepare materials for presentations within Distribution and with our contractor partners.
• Contractor Ariba Work Assignment Project Tracker Updates.

The essentials

• Two (2) or more years of experience providing project support or project analysis such as extracting data and analyzing large datasets.
• Experience using the advanced functions of Microsoft Excel such as Sum-Ifs, V-Lookups, Index/Match, Pivot Tables, and/or Macros.

The preferred

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or related field.
• Experience using SAS and/or Power BI Visual Analytics software.
• Experience with Pole Tracker, Project Tracker, Design Manager (DM) and SAP.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Access, and PowerPoint.
• Experience providing high level analytics, including statistical analysis and visual analytics to understand areas of improvement.
• Experience creating executive level presentations that tell a story applying data.
• Ability to drive initiatives forward and educate stakeholders applying strong interpersonal skills and various communication styles
• Experience working with construction design work orders.
• Experience with SAP’s Ariba functionality and invoice/billing processes.

You should know

• This position’s work mode is hybrid. The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days. Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to reside in the state of California. Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage.
