Minnesota State College Southeast seeks an Associates of Science in Nursing (ASN) Instructor dedicated to excellence in teaching who desires to become part of a creative, vibrant, student-centered learning community. The academic year is August-May (171 contract days).Duties Include:• Participate in department and college curriculum development.• Deliver classroom, lab, simulation and/or clinical instruction through face-to-face and/or online course instruction.• Conduct classroom research and other assessment/evaluation activities.• Mentor and advise students.• Participate in committee assignments and college-wide initiatives.• Participate in program accreditation and program review.• Engage in scholarly and other professional development activities.• Advocate on behalf of students, program and college.• Collaboration on public and private construction initiatives.• Participate in professional development activities.Course assignments may include day, evening, and/or weekend hours consisting of lecture, lab, and clinical assignments in hospital, community settings and/or long-term care centers located in the Red Wing area including off-site locations.
