The Territory Sales Specialist is primarily responsible for identifying opportunities for business growth and optimizing marketing strategies. The incumbent will be responsible for establishing networks with industry experts in a regional territory of Georgia. This role will be primarily travel in the field.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Develops client relationships and strengthens industry partnerships.
· Identifies new clients by researching and creating networking opportunities.
· Updates the customer contact list specific to each Branch.
· Negotiates and closes business deals that promote sustained revenue.
· Research and analyze existing client relationships; identify gaps or issues as needed.
· Liaises with Operations to align strategies aimed at increasing revenue.
· Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and industry trends.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent GED. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of MOT experience
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships.
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of services and products
- Proficiency in analyzing data and market trends to drive informed business decisions.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
- Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
