Southeast Physician Network is Hiring a Front Office Receptionist Near Tuscaloosa, AL

Requirements:

  • Full training will be provided, but someone with previous experience at a medical facility is preferred
  • Need to be well presented with good communication skills written and spoken with a polite and mannered disposition

The responsibilities and duties of registrar include:

  • Greeting patients and visitors, in person or on the telephone
  • Answering or referring inquiries
  • Optimizes patients' satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments in person or by telephone
  • Verifying insurance
  • Responsible for coordinating the daily administration of doctors, staff, visitors, and patients
  • Scanning patient documents, faxing paperwork, checking patients in and out, and collecting co-pays
  • Monitor stock and supplies of the office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
